Terms and Conditions of the Best Prices Locally Guarantee
• Only online prices, direct from International Car Rental Companies owning or operating their own fleet of vehicles will be matched, i.e. car rental companies operating in more than one country.
• The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the vehicle type, location, rental and rate conditions.
• Rates for rentals of 28 days or less only are guaranteed.
• Special offer, promotional and contracted prices are excluded.
• Lowest Price Guarantee relates to prepaid rental prices only.
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of the time of booking with via sales@lowcostcarandvanhire.com
Claims must include:
• a. the name of the person who made the reservation, a daytime telephone number and a return email address
• b. the booking number
• c. the web address of the third party website
• d. a dated and timed screenshot from that the third party website showing the cheaper rate for the hire of a Low cost car and van hire/Udrive vehicle for the same dates and times of travel (pick up and return), exact car group requested, pick up and return locations, payment terms and product inclusions.
• Claims must include: your name, a daytime telephone number and return email address, your reservation/booking or invoice number, Competitor name and web address, a screen shot of the lower competitor price, dates of travel, exact car group requested, pick-up and drop-off locations and exact pick-up and drop-off times.
• All information requested must be provided or the claim will not be accepted.
• We must be able to verify the claim. Claims will be verified within 96 hours of receipt (only during office hours Monday-Friday 0900-1730). If the competitor price cannot be verified on the internet the claim will be invalid.
• You will be notified by e-mail within 96 hours (Monday to Friday) of the acceptance or rejection of your claim. Any refunds will be issued to the credit/ debit card used for the rental.
• Claims are limited to a maximum of 1 per customer per 1 month period.
• Claims not submitted in accordance with the rules or which are incomplete will not be accepted. We accepts no responsibility if claims are lost due to any problem, technical or otherwise connected with their email or web connection. Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt
• We reserve the right to amend or discontinue this offer at any time by giving 4hrs notice to be displayed on www.lowcostcarandvanhire.co.uk
• Comparison offer must not be the subject of any reduction by the use of vouchers, bonus points or other discounts.
• Best prices locally guarantee is limited to hires which will not incur any mileage charges.

Our fleet of cars are regularly maintained in our Aberdeen workshop. All our cars are subject to a 21 point safety check, before being cleaned and washed ready for the next rental.
All vehicles are covered by full breakdown cover and include relay back to base in the event of a non roadside repair.
